Wyoming Medal of Valor
The purpose of Wyoming Medal of Valor Award is to recognize State of Wyoming Fire/EMS personnel for their extraordinary act of valor. An act of valor is defined as:
Action/s above and beyond the call of duty
Exhibiting exceptional courage, extraordinary decisiveness and presence of mind.
Unusual swiftness of action, regardless of his or her personal safety, in an attempt to save or protect human life.
